On September 30, the Potters Guild of Annapolis held a Pit Firing at the beautiful home of guild member Carole Cascio.  While the pit burned, we also enjoyed demonstrations by members Jayne Shatz (smoke firing in a standard grill) and Ann Krestenson (flattened coil techniques), as well as holding a guild business meeting.  Awesome day!  Check out some highlights!
